Managing Spaces

Navigate to 'Properties' using the left hand navigation and select the property you with to edit in the property list.  Once in the desired property record, select the 'Spaces' tab in the folder navigation.

IMPORTANT NOTE: One space list is associated with one site plan. Deleting that site plan deletes those spaces.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There must be a SPACE with no TENANT in order for the property to have an availability.

Basic

The Basic view allows you to see spaces and their corresponding tenants/availabilities. Take note of the "Current Plan" in the top right corner, this shows the name of the site plan. You can use this dropdown menu to switch between space lists in the case of multiple site plans.

Creating Spaces

Click on "Add a New Space or Tenant" in the top right corner. Fill in the corresponding space number, sqft, and tenant name (leave blank if available) fields.

Editing Spaces

Click on a space to bring up more details about the space that you can edit. Be sure to click on the Save button to save you changes.

Space Details

Add/edit details about this property's spaces.

NOTE: This is the only place where you can edit an existing space's space number.

Sqft - Edits the space's existing sqft.

Description (External)- A text description of the space.

Notes (Internal) - Used for internal notes and extra information on the property.

Flags

These different flags affect the way the space will be displayed.

• Non-controlled: Indicates a non-controlled space that displays grayed out.

• Hide from list: Hides the space from displaying on the tenant list.

• Anchor: Marks the space as an Anchor tenant on this property only.

• Draw Call Out Line: Displays a visible call out line if the logo box exists outside of the physical boundaries of the space.

Logo Settings

Toggle settings that affect the way the tenant logo and space information is displayed on the site plan for the space.

Actions

These are action items for the individual spaces.

• Documents: Attach documents to this specific space such as a Level of Development (LOD).

• Photos: Attach photos to this specific space.

• Videos:: Attach videos to this specific space.

• Pin to map: Pin this space to a specific location on the map.

• Remove this space: Deletes this space.

IMPORTANT NOTE : Deleting spaces will also delete them from the site plan.
